Liza Kokkoris, Clinical Psychologist – Children (8-12 yrs) – Adults
Liza has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of common psychological and behavioural problems in children and employs a multi-systemic approach involving parents/caregivers and teachers, in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Liza has a special interest in the management of anxiety, ADHD and ASD in children and adults. She also works with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress and adjustment to major life changes. Liza works closely with clients to make effective change using evidence-based interventions best suited to presenting concerns.

Rachel Hinton - Clinical Psychologist
Rachel Hinton is committed to exploring all aspects of the human condition and supports a wide variety of people. She has strong experience in providing treatment to individuals experiencing substance use disorders and trauma, and has completed further training in post-natal and perinatal mental health since having her own child.
Rachel makes a great effort to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment for her clients. She takes a caring and collaborative approach to therapy to help individuals receive the support needed to make and maintain positive change. Rachel practices within a variety of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and explores the underlying issues that cause psychological concerns.
Rachel completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. She has published research in the field of addiction and teaches clinical skills to students at Bond University.

Professor Vicki Bitsika - Clinical Psychologist
Professor Vicki Bitsika has specialised in the diagnostic assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder across the lifespan as well as evaluation and treatment of challenging behaviour in people with neurodevelopmental disability, mental ill-health, and behavioural disorder for over 30 years. She is a Clinical Psychologist who has consulted in schools and Human Service facilities in Australia and Internationally, with a focus on the development of training services and workshops for professionals working in the fields of autism, challenging behaviour, and functional treatment models. She was Founder and Director of the Centre for Autism Spectrum Disorder, at Bond University from 2010 to 2019, before joining the University of New England in the role of Professor in Biomedical Science.
Professor Bitsika was awarded an Australian Learning and Teaching Council citation in 2009 for “exemplary translation of clinical practice into development of hands-on, innovative, and student-focused curriculum and teaching techniques in Behaviour Management”. She received a Winston Churchill Fellowship in 2010 to investigate specialised intervention technologies for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the USA and UK. In 2016, Professor Bitsika was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for “significant service to tertiary education in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders, as an academic, and as a supporter of people with disabilities”.
